Form of payment

Payments are handled by PayPal, during check out you will be transferred to PayPal via 256 bit (SSL) encrypted connection. This is the most secure way to shop online, other than PayPal no one will have access to your credit card details.

Shipping

For all the items in stock we will ship the same working day after receipt of the payment confirmation from our merchant system or PayPal. For order shipped outside the country we consider the price quoted as free on board (F.O.B.) of Bangkok Thailand and will be the solely responsibility of the customer to assess taxes and duties at destination

Return Policy

Unwanted items

If you are not happy with one item send it back to us with the original package and order note within 21 days from the delivery date as specified from receipt, provided the item is returned to us in its original conditions we will refund your PayPal account within 7 working days for the price paid excluding P&P



Faulty items

If a product should arrive damaged please notify us via email within 48 hours from delivery and send back the product within 30 days in order to have a full refund or a suitable replacement.

Communication

If you choose to receive our newsletter we will advise you about our promotions, administrative emails are only sent to confirm orders, we will not contact you other ways.
